Wiser Technology’s Revenues Grew 4.3 Times in the First Six Months of 2025

Company reported €18.4M in H1 revenue, supported by 2024 acquisitions.

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 29th, 2025Wiser Technology (BUL:WISR) reported a 326% year-over-year revenue increase for the first half of 2025. The company reached EUR 18.4M in H1 2025, remaining on track to achieve its projected EUR 38M in annual revenue.

In 2025 the company continued its rapid expansion, fueled by both acquisitions and organic growth. In its Digitalk 101 ranking, announced earlier in August, Capital named Wiser the Fastest-Growing IT Company in Bulgaria for 2024 and the Most Dynamic IT Company in Bulgaria, based on cumulative revenue growth for the period 2022–2024.

In H1 2025, Wiser reported negative EBITDA of EUR -83K, an improvement from -5.3% EBITDA margin in H1 2024 to -0.4% in H1’25. Net profit margin also improved, moving from -7.2% in H1’24 to -5.5% in H1’25, despite the significant investments required to support this level of growth, which service companies rarely achieve.

During the period, Wiser continued to invest in strategic initiatives, including the development of its IT platform Wiser AI Factory, the introduction of unified internal systems Microsoft Dynamics and SAP SuccessFactors, and the establishment of a legal entity and operations in Germany.

At the end of H1 2025, management completed the first phase of post-merger optimization, focused on structural simplification and productivity gains. This included the legal merger of four subsidiaries, some process and indirect cost optimizations, and the adoption of a vertically aligned go-to-market model through the creation of dedicated Business Units. Initial positive impacts on EBITDA are anticipated in H2 2025, with further optimizations planned for H1 2026 after the completion of the simplification of the legal structure.

Earlier this month, the company signed definitive agreements to acquire the remaining 49% of its subsidiary Prime Holding, enabling further business integration and unification aimed at improving efficiency. The M&A transaction is expected to be completed by the end of November.

Looking ahead, Wiser Technology remains committed to executing its growth strategy with discipline and resilience. By optimizing its operations and expanding into key markets, the company is building a solid foundation for sustainable growth and value creation.

Wiser Technology’s Q2 2025 earnings call will be held on September 4 at 10:30 a.m. EET via Google Meet and live-streamed on the company’s YouTube Channel.
