Wiser Technology Launches AI Platform to Accelerate Enterprise Transformation

The modular platform enables organizations to turn AI ambition into measurable business value.

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 20th, 2025 — Wiser Technology (BUL:WISR) has officially launched the Wiser AI Factory, a next-generation solution engineered to help large enterprises realize the full potential of artificial intelligence. As global organizations race to rewire workflows and governance models for generative AI (GenAI) deployment, Wiser offers an enterprise-ready foundation that turns AI promise into business impact—faster and more securely.

“The AI race isn’t about tools; it’s about transformation. Wiser AI Factory helps our clients move beyond experimentation and into scalable value,” said Kosta Jordanov, CEO of Wiser Technology. “In a landscape where fewer than one in five organizations are tracking meaningful AI KPIs, this platform gives leaders a tangible path forward—from code to competitive advantage,” added Jordanov.

Engineered for the Enterprise

According to McKinsey, over 70% of companies now use GenAI in at least one business function, yet few are capturing meaningful bottom-line results. Wiser AI Factory addresses this gap directly, helping enterprises shift from fragmented pilots to orchestrated, value-driven deployments.

The platform is based on a modular framework for rapid prototyping and scalable rollout of intelligent systems across key business domains. It supports a comprehensive set of capabilities:

  • Conversational AI with Generative UI – Delivers hyper-personalized user experiences and streamlined customer care through dynamic, AI-generated interfaces.
  • Integrated Agentic RAG – Powers next-generation enterprise search and task automation by integrating multiple internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Enterprise-Grade Infrastructure – Cloud-native and deployed on private Kubernetes clusters with security-first architecture, role-based access, monitoring, and regulatory compliance at scale.
  • Seamless Integration Layer – Connects with enterprise systems through APIs and automation tools to enable real-time execution and measurable outcomes.
  • Mobile-First Enablement – Accelerates time-to-market through cross-platform development, pre-built components, and real-time backend synchronization.
Built for Real Transformation

Wiser’s engagement approach is aligned with what McKinsey identifies as the strongest driver of GenAI success: workflow redesign. Wiser AI Factory is built to enable this from day one. Each engagement follows a structured AS-IS to TO-BE journey, including:

  • Business case validation and readiness assessment
  • Use case prioritization based on impact and ROI
  • Data, AI, and integration strategy
  • POC development, MVP delivery, and scale-up support
  • Production AI governance and Safe AI framework
  • KPI monitoring and continuous improvement

“Now that GenAI must prove its worth, we help enterprises make it real,” said Kristian Smilenov, SVP, Strategy & Business Development at Wiser Technology. “Only 21% of companies have redesigned workflows to unlock GenAI’s full potential. Wiser AI Factory gives enterprises the foundation to move fast, measure outcomes, and evolve with purpose. It reflects our belief that transformation must be lived—not just launched,” added Smilenov.

“The AI Factory enables large enterprises to level up in their AI journey, moving seamlessly from initial experimentation and PoCs into rapidly creating prototypes that can be quickly evolved into secure and scalable production solutions,” emphasized Dr. Anton Gerunov, VP Data & AI at Wiser.

Early Results and Scalable Momentum

Initial results underscore the platform’s potential. Wiser AI Factory recently enabled a successful bid for a high-profile AI concierge project in Saudi Arabia. Wiser, in partnership with Gravitas, a strategic design and technology firm based in Dubai, prevailed over major global consultancies by delivering a working enterprise POC, a compelling business case, client validation, and a lean MVP execution plan.

This approach ensures alignment with enterprise priorities and avoids common pitfalls such as disconnected use cases and unclear ROI tracking.

“Organizations achieving success with AI prioritize scalability from inception,” stated Jordanov. “That principle is precisely what Wiser AI Factory was built to embody.”

Digitalk 101 ranks Wiser #1 by revenue growth, #1 most dynamic, and #2 by projected growth for 2025.

Sofia, Bulgaria, August 5th, 2025 — Wiser Technology (BUL:WISR) was ranked as Bulgaria’s fastest-growing and most dynamic IT company in 2024, according to Digitalk 101 by Capital, one of the country’s most comprehensive assessments of the technology sector.

The Digitalk 101 ranking highlights Wiser’s strong revenue growth between 2023 and 2024, earning it the top position as the fastest-growing IT company. Wiser also featured in the Top 50 Most Dynamic Companies list, which evaluates cumulative growth over the 2022–2024 period — further underscoring the company’s continued upward trajectory.

Based on an expected EUR 38M in revenue, Digitalk 101 places Wiser #2 by projected revenue growth for 2025. The top spot is held by a product company, making Wiser the projected growth leader among IT service providers.

The recognition follows a period of significant transformation. Over the past year, Wiser completed a series of acquisitions, unified operations under a single brand, and expanded delivery across industries such as automotive, aerospace & defense, telecom & media, and financial services. The company also quadrupled its headcount to over 500 professionals, building delivery capacity at pace and scale.

“Our growth is fueled by the ambition to build a European IT service champion — guided by a focused strategy and solid execution,” said Kosta Jordanov, CEO of Wiser Technology. “The result reflects the work of our team and the trust of our clients. These are only the initial gains of our plan to take advantage of the AI transformation that the industry is undergoing — to build a sizable pan-European operation and work on some of the most exciting and impactful projects in the world,” Jordanov added.

Wiser’s approach to growth is deliberate. It combines long-term planning with the ability to adapt and deliver across complex systems and regulated environments, qualities increasingly valued in a shifting global technology landscape.

Building the Software Backbone of European Defense: Real-Time, AI-Driven, and Distributed

Wiser Technology proves to be a key partner in the new European security ecosystem based on AI, interoperability, and digital infrastructure.

As Europe moves to reinforce its defense capabilities amid rising global instability, a structural shift is underway in how defense systems are conceived and built. Rather than relying solely on traditional primes and centralized platforms, the next generation of European defense is becoming real-time, AI-driven, interoperable, and increasingly enabled by specialized technology firms.

One example of this transformation is Bulgaria’s Wiser Technology (BUL:WISR), a software engineering company that has quietly become a key contributor to several strategic NATO and EU-led defense programs. Over the past decade, Wiser has participated in more than a dozen EDF, EDIDP, and NATO-aligned initiatives — many in close collaboration with European defense primes, leading research institutes, and universities.

Wiser’s software solutions, from real-time data streaming to AI-assisted decision-making and secure communications, support major defense programs such as NATO’s Alliance Ground Surveillance (AGS), the EDF-funded European Strategic Command and Control System (ESC2/E2C), and cyber defense and AI innovation projects like FaRADAI and EU-GUARDIAN.

In the NATO AGS project, Wiser developed a mission-critical software system that enables the Main Operating Base to process live imagery and motion data from airborne radar systems and ground stations in near real-time. In ESC2/E2C coordinated by Indra with partners like Leonardo and Rheinmetall, Wiser is contributing to the development of a multi-domain command platform designed to unify operational coordination across European missions.

Meanwhile, in MARTINA, an EDF project coordinated by Royal Netherlands Aerospace Centre (NLR), Wiser helps validate AI for satellite-based defense applications by delivering backend infrastructure for AI performance assessment and traceability. In ASTERION, the EDF-funded underwater communications initiative led by the Netherlands Organisation for Applied Scientific Research (TNO), Wiser contributes ultrasonic protocol expertise and system design for secure, multi-modal data transmission.

The company operates under rigorous military compliance frameworks, including certification to NATO AQAP 2110 and AQAP 2210, and holds national, EU, and NATO classified information clearances — a prerequisite for participation in high-level defense programs. These credentials have enabled Wiser to build long-standing partnerships with European defense leaders such as Rheinmetall, Hensoldt, Rohde & Schwarz, Indra, Leonardo, and others, reflecting a broader shift in EU defense toward agile, interoperable, and cross-border software integration.

This trend was underscored earlier this year at the German–Bulgarian Defence Industry Day, where Major General Stefan Schulz of the German Federal Ministry of Defense remarked: “Bulgaria is a proven and reliable partner with a growing strategic role in the Black Sea region.” He also announced the upcoming appointment of a Defense and Security Cooperation Advisor at the German Embassy in Sofia — a role held in only a handful of countries worldwide.

Wiser contributes not only through technology but also to the strategic defense dialogue at the European level. During GITEX EUROPE 2025 in Berlin, Dimitar Dimitrov, General Manager of Wiser’s Automotive, Aerospace & Defense Division, participated in a panel discussion on cyber defense alongside representatives from the German Ministry of Defense, the Geneva State Police, and the leading cybersecurity company Kaspersky.

Looking ahead, Wiser is a strategic partner of the upcoming Regional Defense Tech Summit, taking place in Sofia on October 28, 2025. The event will bring together over 500 stakeholders from EU institutions, government officials, defense contractors, and dual-use tech innovators to discuss:

      • The shifting geopolitical order and the Black Sea’s growing strategic role;
      • Europe’s progress toward independent, interoperable defense capabilities;
      • The integration of AI and emerging technologies in defense systems;
      • New models of collaboration across national, industrial, and technological boundaries.

From real-time surveillance to secure communications, Wiser Technology is helping to build the digital backbone of European defense. Its growing role in multinational projects signals a larger shift in how defense capability is developed: through agile, high-performance software systems engineered by specialized firms working in cross-border networks.

“Europe’s security depends on a robust, integrated ecosystem of innovative and agile technology companies capable of delivering next-generation defence solutions at scale,” said Dimitar Dimitrov. “We are witnessing a clear shift towards distributed innovation networks, where companies across Europe collaborate to develop and deploy Software-Defined Defence capabilities.”
